Lesson Presentation Player

Most lessons within a module are narrated, visual presentations. These presentations use the Adobe Flash plug-in typically installed in web browsers. If you get a message when you try to view the presentations that you need Adobe Flash installed, you can download and install it free from the Adobe website at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ . The presentations use a player which operates similar to a VCR.

Below is an example of the player that will appear in each narrated lesson. By mousing over the control buttons on the player image below, you will be able to view the function of each button.

If the size of your monitor or laptop screen is small, viewing the presentation in full-screen mode usually will help. However, when the presentation ends, you will need to toggle back to "window view" so that you will be able to continue in Moodle to the end of the lesson (by clicking on the continue button at the bottom of the Moodle page.)

If you exit the presentation before it is finished, when you return, you will be given the option of continuing where you left off or to start over. With either option selected, you will need to click on the "play" button to begin.
